JDUO 4C is a cluster case that can configure a cluster computer using Raspberry Pi.

It is made and sold by Joontech, which is in charge of case manufacturing and precision processing.

JDUO 4C supports both Raspberry Pi 4 Model B and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B/B+.

It is designed so that the number of nodes is not limited when configuring cluster computers.

It is easy to assemble because the assembly is completed when the front part of the case is mounted with a screw after the case is layered.

Development Background of JDUO 4C

One of the representative cluster cases of Raspberry Pi was that it was laminated using several acrylic plates and PCB supports, making it less durable.

However, JDUO 4C solved this vulnerability by using aluminum alloys.

The JDUO 4C is designed as an open type because several Raspberry Pis can be layered and vulnerable to heat, but it can cope with dust by covering the top of the case with a cover.

Structure of JDUO 4C

The JDUO 4C consists of a case that fixes the Raspberry Pi and a cover to block the inflow of dust.

In front of the case of JDUO 4C, there are two screw holes at the top and two female screw mounting holes at the bottom to fix the layered case.

In addition, a hole is formed in the bottom of the case of the JDUO 4C to facilitate insertion and extraction of the MICRO SD card, and a plurality of air emission holes are formed to facilitate the flow of air between the layered cases.

Two female screws holes are located in the front of the cover of the JDUO 4C to fix the case, and the shape containing Joontech’s symbol is engraved on the top to expand the heat dissipation area.
